Dr Tim Archer

Tim grew up in Perth and completed medical training at the University of Western Australia in 2015  (MBBS Hons). 

He also has completed the Rural Generalist Anaesthesia (RGA) training program and currently splits his time working in GP, Emergency Medicine and Anaesthesia. 

Tim enjoys surfing, boating, diving and fishing outside of work.

Dr Lauren Egan

Dr Lauren Egan graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle with a Doctor of Medicine and holds a Bachelor of Science in Immunology and Infectious Diseases from the University of Sydney.

She values holistic, patient centred medicine and has a special interest in women’s health and palliative care.

Having grown up in country New South Wales, she has a strong connection to community and the outdoors and enjoys trail running and mountain biking. After eight years living in Western Australia, she is proud to call the South West home.

Dr Nicoli Cox

Dr Nicoli Cox grew up in Perth and completed her medical degree at UWA. While working in multiple hospitals in Perth in many different specialty wards she also completed further studies in paediatrics (Sydney Child Health Program). Since completing GP training she has worked in a specialised paediatric GP clinic as well as general GP settings.

Dr Nicoli has experience in all aspects of general practice with special interest in infant and child health, women’s health, post natal care and supporting new parents.

Outside of work Dr Nicoli enjoys spending time with her young family, beach trips and camping.

Dr Tom Blaszczyk

Dr Tom Blaszczyk is from the United Kingdom where he completed both his medical degree and General Practice training in Cornwall. 

Before entering General Practice, he worked across a number of hospital specialties and mental health services gaining wide-ranging clinical experience.

He is a keen surfer and windsurfer and is delighted to now be practising in Margaret River.

Dr Tom consults from both Margaret River Medical Centre Riverside – 87 Bussell Highway and Augusta Clinic.

Dr Emma Barrett

Dr Emma Barrett graduated from Notre Dame with a Doctor of Medicine and has a certificate in emergency medicine. She has an interest in older adult,  preventative health and occupational and environmental health.

Dr Barrett has additional qualifications and experience in Occupational Health and Safety OHSM) and is an accredited OEUK (OGUK) examiner and RMP for hazardous suntanned including asbestos, mercury, silica and nickel

Dr Nathalie Maron

Dr Nathalie Maron obtained her medical degree from UWA in 1997 and completed GP training in 2002 before travelling and working in the UK and Ireland where she worked in anaesthetics. She returned to Australia and moved to the south west in 2005 and has worked in general practice and local Emergency Departments in our regions since then. 

She holds an Advance Diploma in Emergency Medicine and a Diploma of child health.  Her special interest areas include travel medicine, women’s health and paediatrics. 

Dr Nathalie Moran spends her spare time sailing and all things ocean and protecting our environment as well as trying to learn new languages.  She is fluent in German and is learning Spanish.

Dr Lauren Buchan

Dr Buchan is an international medical graduate with a broad scope of practice. She completed her primary degree in 2010 and then later qualified as the top Family Physician in South Africa in 2019. Lauren has been working as a general practitioner in Margaret River and Augusta since April 2025. She consults patients of all ages with an interest in women’s health, chronic disease, mental health and aged care.

Dr Lauren also consults in Augusta Clinic.

Dr. Stephen Adams

Dr. Stephen Adams has been a GP for over 38 years having trained in England before emigrating to WA in 1994. He has recently moved down to Margaret River from Fremantle where he ran his medical and sexual health practice.

His special interests are in male and female sexual health, contraception, menopause and mental health. He fits Mirena IUDs and Implanons, iron infusions and has an advanced certificate in skin cancer surgery. He is also a medicinal cannabis prescriber.

Dr. Binura Jayaweera

Dr Jayaweera graduated with MBBS (Honours) from Monash University in Melbourne. He has worked in rural and metro hospitals throughout Australia across various specialties such as Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, ICU and Rural Medicine. He recently obtained a Diploma in Palliative Medicine from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians.


Dr Jayaweera is passionate about looking after people from all walks of life and making a positive impact in their lives. He is particularly interested in contributing his skills in palliative care to communities in need. He is currently undertaking the Fellowship Support Program, on the path to Fellowship with the RACGP

Dr. Shakir Al-Joudi

Dr Shakir completed his medical degree at Monash University in 2014 and has worked and volunteered in various locations in Australia and overseas since. He has experience in multiple specialties, with a special interest in mental health and men’s health. He is currently undertaking the Fellowship Support Program, on the path to Fellowship with the RACGP

When not working, he would probably be rock climbing, surfing, or playing a musical instrument.
